The Cultural and Current Affairs Team organises a variety of visits, including:
Faith visits – usually a talk and tour to help us learn and better understand the faith of different denominations.
Farm visits – a walk and talk with the farmer explaining how he manages his land by arable or grazing, what he grows, animals he has; from beef cattle, dairy, sheep, pigs etc and also include some farms that have diversified to make their farm work financially.
Visits to historic house and gardens – to learn about the history and age of the house and he families who have lived there, how and the gardens were created.
Museum visits – a talk and tour with the history of the many items on display.
We also organise speakers and international events such Polish and Chinese evenings.
