We are a small (but perfectly formed-we like to think!), friendly group of ladies mainly from Little Wenlock village, New Works, Wellington and the surrounding local area.  Some of the ladies have been members for 30 years or more. 

All members are encouraged to play an active part in making suggestions, organising, and participating in whatever is on offer. The group has many attributes, interests and skills; embroidery, cake baking and decorating, gardeing and art, to name but a few. We meet between meetings for meals, outings, craft workshops and informal gatherings.  We carry out fundraising and attend Shropshire WI events. Generally, in August, we do not have an afternoon meeting, but arrange an 'outing' for members.  These trips are subsidised by our funds.
